Attorney General: Loretta Lynch: Laughable!

Loretta Lynch makes a bold public statement by denouncing a Chicago police officer about a week or so ago from today, 18-January-2017.  On a separate meeting, she mentioned her interest in keeping America safe.  She is laughable and a hypocrite.

Loretta Lynch is laughable and a hypocrite; because, she chose to let Hillary Clinton's email breach slide off.

The FBI investigated Hillary Clinton's email situation and found that she was careless and negligent; but, her actions didn't warrant criminal charges; and, Loretta Lynch indicated she would follow the lead of the FBI.

Loretta Lynch is a lawyer; and, even though the FBI didn't want to file charges against Hillary Clinton, she, as the attorney general should have considered the legal issues, both civil and criminal, surrounding Hillary Clinton's email situation.   Hillary Clinton breached email protocol for a person in her position.

Okay, so the FBI concluded Hillary Clinton's breach didn't warrant criminal charges; but, the FBI indicated she was negligent and careless.  Under civil and criminal law, negligence is still a legal principle that warrants the negligent charge; and, the duty of care would be under the professional standard of care.

So, Loretta Lynch dismisses Hillary Clinton's email issue; and, she is allowed to continue with her campaign.

I'm sure Former President, Bill Clinton's meeting with Loretta Lynch on her plane on the tarmac during the first email investigation influenced her behavior of not stepping up towards investigating Hillary Clinton.

Fine...if that's Loretta Lynch's decision, then so be it.

Well, that's not it.  Loretta Lynch pissed me off; because, while she remained reticent in pursing and exercising her authority to investigate Hillary Clinton's email issue, she actively and with fervor denounces the Chicago police officer and accuses that officer of excessive force.  She was bold and sanctimonious in making her message to the press regarding the Chicago police officer.

Why not with Hillary Clinton?

Were the facts so preponderant against the police officer that she can judge and publicly convict him in the manner that she did during her press conference?

Were the facts so sparse regarding Hillary Clinton's emails that she could let her go without at least a reprimand in the same media platform she used against the Chicago police officer?

She is the attorney general -- the moment the FBI brought Hillary Clinton's email investigation up, she should have reviewed the case and know that something fishy was going on and addressed it in the same fervor she did with the Chicago police officer.

She then, recently, has the audacity to state that her primary concern is the safety and security of America.

If she was concerned about the safety and security of America, shouldn't she have investigated and charged Hillary Clinton with a breach of security and protocol?  Isn't Hillary Clinton's email issue is more of a threat to America than getting involved in a city issue like excessive force of a police officer?

In my opinion, Loretta Lynch is a laughable hypocrite; and, I hope President-elect, Donald J. Trump, drains Loretta Lynch's swamp.  She does not deserve that prestigious position of Attorney General.
